At Akaram Grocery, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review the following shipping terms and conditions applicable to all orders:

📦 Free Home Delivery

  • Available for orders totaling €49.99 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

  • Applicable only if total cart weight is below 30 kg.

  • Valid across the following areas:
    Paris (75), Seine-Saint-Denis (93), and Val‑d’Oise (95).

⚖️ Weight Restrictions

  • Each order must not exceed a total weight of 30 kilograms.
    Orders exceeding this limit will not be processed for home delivery and may require a different shipping arrangement or in-store pickup.

🕒 Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location and order volume.

📍 Delivery Coverage

  • We currently provide home delivery services only in the following postal zones:
    75 (Paris), 93 (Seine-Saint-Denis), and 95 (Val-d’Oise).

  • Orders placed outside of these areas may be canceled or subject to alternative delivery arrangements.

🚫 Exceptions

  • Free delivery is not applicable on:

    • Bulk or wholesale orders

    • Orders above the 30 kg weight limit

    • Remote areas or addresses not covered under our standard delivery zones
